Responsible for the delivery of Regulatory systems projects and for ensuring that day-to-day support needs meet business expectations. Responsible for administration of Regulatory Systems, including (but not limited to) user management, training, issue escalation and resolution and dealing directly with third-party providers

Sr. Systems Manager Skills & Requirements:

• BS/BA Degree. Field of Study: Information Management Systems, Regulatory Affairs (in Pharmaceutical environment)
• Experience: 8+ years relevant experience
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio)
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as SharePoint, Documentum, and/or off-the-shelf software products that support the Regulatory Affairs business
• Hands-on experience in technologies such as Documentum, eCTD Publishing Tools, and off-the-shelf software that supports the Regulatory business and all mandated regulatory requirements such as SPL and an understanding of developing Regulatory requirements, such as IDMP
• Experience in working closely with IS Business Partners internally
• Experience managing complex high-impact RA systems projects from start to finish
• Day-to-day administration of regulated systems
• Strong knowledge of control and management of regulatory-focused content, throughout the product lifecycle stages, System Dossier Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 compliance
• Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs Drug Development process
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, system design and producing quality documentation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master‘s degree in Information Management
