Responsibility to project plans, schedules and methodology in the operation and maintenance of multiple system environments including customer facing production workloads. Note: Shift 7pm-7am.

Data Center Tech Skills & Requirements:

1. Data Center experience necessary
2. Detailed expertise in Supporting Microsoft Windows active directory and infrastructure administration. Microsoft OS patching experience necessary.
3. Experience with VMware ESX and virtual server environments
4. Experience with rack mounted and blade server infrastructures
5. Data Center change control experience a plus. Preferably ITIL certified.
6. Customer facing experience required.
7. Project management experience a plus
8. 3-5 years of experience

Responsible for documenting and defining the support model for a new business application. Leverage existing team processes to develop a support playbook for the application, write support documentation in preparation for application go-live and develop/deliver end user training materials

Systems Operations / Support Analyst Skills & Requirements:

• Experience or previous job history as a Business System Analyst or Support Analyst working with Service Now.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas in succinct, business terms without the use of technical jargon
• Strong skills with Microsoft Project, Visio Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree or in a technology or business related field. Desired BS in Computer Science
• 5 years’ experience in application support or service operations in a large enterprise environment
• 2 years demonstrated experience leveraging ITIL or other service management methodologies
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills; needs to demonstrate the ability to build consensus and support from the IT organization on the solutions being proposed

Help Desk Manager Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of success with respect to managing a 24/7 Help Desk environment delivering excellent technical customer service
• 8+ years of IT support and service experience
• 5+ years of people management experience (20+ FTE) and demonstrated leadership skills
• Formal Training and experience in a recognized Service Delivery model (i.e. ITIL) required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical and non – technical staff across multiple disciplines

Help Desk Manager Job Summary:

• Identify, define, manage, monitor and report on the services and service levels required to support and deliver the Help Desk environment
• Identify the objectives for Help Desk services and their supporting infrastructure. Agree on performance measures and, as appropriate, targets. Manage, monitor and report on the performance of the Help Desk.
• Manage any personnel issues as they arise in conjunction with HR colleagues, or vendors as necessary
• Provide exemplary leadership, management and motivation of the Help Desk team and any contractor / supplier staff promoting professional development opportunities where possible.
• Ensure Help Desk staff is appropriately skilled and trained to deliver excellent technical support and customer service.
